  • How long it takes to deliver an order?
    The minimum delivery time is between 45min and 1h 30min, depending on the traffic conditions and the type of order you ordered. You can specify the preferred delivery interval in the field of comments (from the delivery address form), we will do our best to respect it exactly. The normal delivery schedule during the week is between 9:00 and 19:00, but in special cases we can deliver outside of these hours, contact us beforehand to schedule such delivery.
  • Where is it delivered?
    Delivery is free wherever it is. We deliver anywhere in Bucharest, to institutions, companies, homes, hospitals, homes, cemeteries, shops, etc. We also deliver in the localities near Bucharest: Pipera, Voluntari, Afumati, Pantelimon, Baneasa, Popesti-Leordeni, Bragadiru, Cornetu, Rosu, Mogosoaia, Buftea.   • How are flowers delivered?
    All orders are delivered by our specialized couriers in temperature controlled machines. Flower arrangements are always kept in the water, both in the flower shop until they are picked up by delivery agents and in transport cars to ensure the freshness of the flowers.
  • My card is not in LEI, can I use it?
    Yes. You can use any card in any currency, regardless of the country in which it is issued, the amount in LEI (RON) is automatically converted into your card currency by the payment interface. More in the "How do I pay?" Section.
  • Can I pay if I am in another country?
    Yes, you can pay outside of Romania by bank card (online) or by PayPal. It is not possible to pay through the OP but through an account opened with a bank in Romania.
  • Can bill be issued?
    Yes. By placing an order, you will see a form to fill in your business information. The invoice is issued with the completed data and is sent to you a few days after delivery by email. For bank transfer payment you will be able to print a pro forma invoice right after choosing the "bank transfer" payment method.
  • Can I pay cash?
    Orders are normally placed on the site, but you can contact us to set a cash payment.
  • Can I cancel an order or change it?
    An order can be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the day of delivery. You can request small changes to the order you ordered, at least 24 hours before delivery, but you can not change the ordering arrangement with another one. The message or data of the recipient can be changed until the order is taken over by a delivery agent.
  • Can I return a received order?
    It is possible to return the products received except perishable ones such as flowers, plants, food. Under OUG 34/2014, flowers are products that may deteriorate or expire quickly and constitute exceptions to return. If the received products do not conform to those ordered or are damaged, please contact us to resolve these inconsistencies.
  • How do I know if it's delivered?
    You can use the command tracking module on the site. It is updated when delivery agents return from the route. For faster confirmation, you can contact us.
  • Can I add anything to the arrangement?
    You can add one or more of the auxiliary products (vase, bear, cake, candy, champagne, etc.) listed on the details of the arrangement. If you want to add something that is not listed on the site, please contact us.
