When are the orders delivered ?

Minimum delivery time is between 45min and 1h 30min, depending on traffic conditions and the type of ordered arrangement. You can specify in the observations field (in the form with your delivery address) the preferred delivery time frame, we will do everything possible to meet your desired time. We deliver on weekdays between 9:00 and 19:00, but in special cases we can deliver outside these hours, contact us in advance to schedule a special delivery.

Where do you deliver ?

Delivery is free. We deliver anywhere in Bucharest, to institutions, businesses, home, hospitals, homes, cemeteries, shops, etc.. We also deliver near Bucharest in Pipera, Voluntari, Afumati, Pantelimon Baneasa-Popesti Leordeni, Bragadiru, Cornetu, Rosu, Mogosoaia, Buftea. For other location please contact us.

My card is not in LEI, can I use it?

Yes. You can use any card in any currency, regardless of the country where it is issued, the amount displayed in LEI (RON) is automatically converted in your card currency. More in "How to pay?" section.

How do I track my order status ?

You can use the order tracking module on the site. It is updated when the delivery agents are back to our office. For faster confirmation, please contact us.

Can I add something to the arrangement?

You can add one or more of the auxiliary products (vase, teddy bear, cake, chocolates, champagne, etc.) listed on the details page of arrangement. If you want to add something that is not listed on the site please contact us.
